Cancellation policy

The client may cancel any project by submitting a written request with an authorized signature. If a project is canceled before completion, an invoice will be issued.

Any project delay lasting longer than 30 days will be considered canceled, and we will only restart it if we receive a written request from the client. We will issue an invoice for the work completed depending on the resources used.

How to request a refund

Elito Innovations adheres to the refund policy outlined below.

This refund policy does not cover third-party service providers, websites, or companies we do not manage or employ. A refund complaint should be filed only after finding an acceptable solution. Refunds will be considered a last resort if we cannot reach a satisfactory agreement with our clients.

Refund requests will only be considered if we can reach a mutually satisfactory solution. All projects are handled professionally and effectively to ensure that results are achieved as promised. If we are unable to fulfill a client's request due to adverse conditions, we consider a refund in the following way:

We will refund 50% of the kick-start amount if the project still needs to finish. If the project is terminated at any stage of execution, including design, build, or other phases, a refund will be granted based on the amount of work done. A partial refund will be issued based on the resources used up until that point. If the project is completed and deployed on the server, there will be no refund. Refunds will be processed within seven days following the formal cancellation date.

Refund/cancellation policies are subject to change without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continuing to use our website after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
