We reserve the domain & hosting on behalf of the customer, so the 50% advance payment is NON-refundable. After booking the domain and hosting, we collect 50% of the payment.
Please feel free to make revisions to the design. If you make changes to the original design specification, we may charge for additional methods if we limit the number of design proposals. As part of our website development process, we allow certain modifications to the original specification. Variations will be charged if they differ significantly from the specification.
